two decades of teaching Karate-Do

 More than two decades of teaching Karate-Do in Delhi has shown me that martial arts is far beyond kicks, punches, or competition—it is a way of life. This journey has given me the opportunity to train a diverse range of individuals—from students and beginners to professionals across sectors, including Delhi Police personnel, officers from IAS, IPS, and IRS services, corporate teams, college students, and even members of embassies. Each environment is different, but the essence of Karate-Do remains the same—discipline, awareness, and inner strength. Karate begins with discipline, but over time it transforms into awareness. Students walk in seeking fitness or self-defense, yet what they truly gain is focus, patience, and the ability to face challenges with clarity. The dojo becomes a space where character is built quietly, through repetition, respect, and consistency.
